Posted on Mom’s Conejo: All of a sudden last Thursday morning I could barely walk. My lower back hurt so much I could barely get myself into a sitting or resting position. I was 37 (feels like 77) weeks pregnant. Got into see my OB (Poliakin) and he said it was sciatic nerve pain and referred me to an acupuncturist Becky Lee Castano LAc. Becky got me in that same night and this girl has miracle healing skills because I was pretty much out of pain at the end of the session. I've slept better the last 4 days than I have in the last month and am still out of pain. I receive no benefit from sharing Becky's info but wanted to share the resource because I've tried other acupuncturists (for other ailments) without much success.”

When I knew I was going to be doing IVF I found Becky since my research showed acupuncture can boost IVF success. She has been an amazing support both emotionally and physically before I even started the IVF procedures and now 6 months later, into early pregnancy! I had never had acupuncture done before and I was really nervous but Becky has such a calm and sweet presence, I was able to relax and she helped to alleviate my fears. Becky is amazing! I have suffered from chronic hives for years now with no relief. Eyes swelling shut, lips swelling, scratching myself raw while i slept if i slept at all, being sick to my stomach and completely drained. I've been to doctors, dermatologists and allergists. Had blood work, tests, medications and creams. NOTHING helped. I had a recent breakout that was pretty severe, I went to Becky as a last resort and after the acupuncture the swelling had reduced significantly and within a couple of days the hives were gone completely and I felt back to 100%! Becky Castano is more than an acupuncturist. She is a healer. When I met her, I immediately felt at ease letting her work on my infant son. Her intuitive approach to treating him (and me) has been amazing. He always feels so much better after we leave. After a few visits, we decided to treat me as well and I have noticed a tremendous healing that seems to build on itself with each session. The real miracle, though, is my son. He was diagnosed with epilepsy and in an attempt to give him the best chance, I have been taking a conventional and traditional approach to his healing. He is seizure free for over two months now. Becky is the best!! I met her a couple of months ago at a women's networking group, and instantly felt drawn to her presence. I got to be her cupping demo gal, and was amazed at how great I felt after just a short 5 minute cupping demo! I was hooked. My daughter with A.L.L. had Acupuncture for the first time yesterday. The Acupuncturist was so wonderful, she is a mother and just knew exactly how to talk to my daughter. After the session my daughter laughed, smiled, joked and walked out the the car without holding onto me. She went on to sleep seven hours straight that evening, which she hasn't done an a month. As a 69 year old woman I feel I am in pretty good health other then my arthritis and scoliosis . At the first of this year I had a debilitating and excruciating pain that radiated down my right side & hip. I went to three different doctors , got x-rays and all that was given was drugs - pain killers, nothing at all was offered to resolve my pain. My current Chiropractor also wouldn’t give much relief and also wouldn’t even treat me because of fear of hip joint issues. I felt hopeless and fearful that I would have to deal with this pain for a long time. I could barely walk and was truly in the worse pain I have ever experienced. I have a high threshold for pain after having 6 kids all natural childbirth. So I was Open to try just about anything to get rid of this pain. I saw Becky for just about 3 sessions and after I saw her my Pain from 9 went down to a 3 , such unbelievable relief . I don’t understand acupuncture, I don't know how it works, but what I do know is that it is amazing and really helped when nothing else could. Becky is amazing! I have suffered from chronic hives for years now with no relief. Eyes swelling shut, lips swelling, scratching myself raw while i slept if i slept at all, being sick to my stomach and completely drained. I've been to doctors, dermatologists and allergists. Becky Castano is more than an acupuncturist. She is a healer. When I met her, I immediately felt at ease letting her work on my infant son. Her intuitive approach to treating him (and me) has been amazing. He always feels so much better after we leave. After a few visits, we decided to treat me as well and I have noticed a tremendous healing that seems to build on itself with each session. The real miracle, though, is my son. Becky is the best!! I met her a couple of months ago at a women's networking group, and instantly felt drawn to her presence. My daughter with A.L.L. had Acupuncture for the first time yesterday. The Acupuncturist was so wonderful, she is a mother and just knew exactly how to talk to my daughter. As a 69 year old woman I feel I am in pretty good health other then my arthritis and scoliosis . At the first of this year I had a debilitating and excruciating pain that radiated down my right side & hip. I went to three different doctors , got x-rays and all that was given was drugs - pain killers, nothing at all was offered to resolve my pain. My current Chiropractor also wouldn’t give much relief and also wouldn’t even treat me because of fear of hip joint issues. I felt hopeless and fearful that I would have to deal with this pain for a long time. I could barely walk and was truly in the worse pain I have ever experienced. I have a high threshold for pain after having 6 kids all natural childbirth. So I was Open to try just about anything to get rid of this pain. I saw Becky for just about 3 sessions and after I saw her my Pain from 9 went down to a 3 , such unbelievable relief . I don’t understand acupuncture, I don't know how it works, but what I do know is that it is amazing and really helped when nothing else could. What also was unique is after each session I would have consistent relief and it prevented it coming back in it’s original intensity.
